In 2000, the first chi long cement foaming machine was introduced. In the same year, a foam concrete research laboratory was set up to develop new foam cement technology.
In 2001, the first batch of Chilong cement foaming machines entered the construction site and completed the roof construction model project qualified.
In 2002, Chilong Cement Foaming Machine was used for the first time to complete the thermal insulation construction of prefabricated inclined roof.
In 2003, the first pneumatic pump foaming machine was successfully developed, and the first batch of products were put on the market in the same year.
In 2004, the first batch of Chilong foaming machines using self-patented EFI technology went on the market, and applied for a number of national patents in the same period.
In 2005, the first batch of new pumping foaming machines with many patented technologies were put on the market, breaking through the technical barrier that pumping machines can only be used as floor heating, and expanding to many fields.
In 2006, the first batch of new foam mixing machines were successfully developed to solve the problem of lightweight aggregate addition. The pouring depth of foam concrete cast-in-situ construction for the first time exceeded 1 meters.
In 2007, the first truck mounted super large flow cement foam machine was successfully developed, with an output of 60m3 per hour and a single casting depth of over 2 meters. In the same year, the factory precast foam concrete block was successfully produced.
In 2008, the first batch of truck mounted cement foaming machines were delivered, and successfully participated in many rescue and drills, and received a number of patents in the state and the army. The foam concrete wall pouring test was completed in the same period.
In 2009, the first wall mounted multi-purpose machine was successfully developed and operated automatically, breaking through the construction problems of foam concrete cast-in-place wall; the dry mixed thermal insulation mortar processing and the internal and external wall spraying and plastering technology test were successful.
In 2010, the first industry to undertake the national "eleven. Five" science and technology support program research project; successfully held the annual meeting and technical exchange of Foam Concrete Association; successfully held the first China foam concrete application technology training.
In 2011, the third working conference of foam concrete construction standard was successfully organized.
